Game does not appear in the EA app library

Yesterday I bought a key for EA Sport FC 24, inserted the code into the EA application and immediately started downloading it, the problem starts here as the game wasn't downloading it was just "preparing" for it download.

I left and re-entered the EA application and the game download was the same, so I decided to go to the forum and see if the same error had occurred and there they said to do EARecovery and I did it and nothing was the same. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and when I went to the Library the game wasn't there.

Can you help me please?
