Game freezes at pk shootout

Hi @IneffableYawn, I moved your post since this issue is more specific to the Squad Battles mode. 

Can you bring us the following info?

• Platform:
• Gamertag:
• How often does it occur? (example: every Squad Battle ending up at penalties).

This unfortunately has not been fixed and it is December, as it happened to me last week and just now again. Has cost me dear points as have to switch off the PS4 and take 0 points. So hurtful after battling very hard. 

Have just played first champions match, have won but then soon as the game finishes, gets stuck like the PK shootout on squad battles. Had these problems throughout all the FIFA games. So much progress and rewards missed because of things out of my hands. Not happy. 

Seems to now be sorted as managed to get through to a penalty shootout. Thank you if someone did sort something out. 

Please fix this problem ea, wtf we lose points cause have to restart the game, hapens all the time

When reach pinalty ahootout in squad battles always freeze, i use ps4 to play. 

Still happening in August

Holy fu©king *.. It's been a year, and now this bug is on FC 25 Career Mode.. GOOD JOB EA!!! 💩

Anything in the works to fix this??
