Same. Into my 4th season now, and this transfer window has been horrific. I've ended the season and advanced a few weeks (with successful negotiations between) but eventually I hit this glitch and have to kill the game and restart. Very frustrating as i'm having to go through these broken (laggy) and over engineered transfer negotiations over and over again loaning out players, buying the same players over and over etc.
