Game freezing during scenes

I have a PS5, EAFC 24. I have had this issue so many times. Usually in player career mode and manager career. When i am about to start the game, the scene where the players are getting on the pitch it just freezes making me close the game. Also, when i finish the game and i am in the locker room, it also freezes during the scenes. Sometimes it has happened during celebrations of goals. It seems like this happens during scenes in the match. I have not been able to play peacefully since i got the game. Thanks
