Game gets stuck on cutscene post game and gives me a loss on rivals

I won a game 8-2 on division rivals and my opponent stopped playing after 75mins or so, once the game ended I got stuck on the post game cut scene for 5-10 minutes so I restarted my game and it counted as a loss for me. I would like it rectified if possible.
