Game glitched or broken?

Goalkeepers do not make consistent saves. The shot will be close to them and they will not save it or they ball will glitch and go through their hands. Goalkeeper's can't save chips shots even though I do not make my keeper rush out. The rush out animation needs to change and players as players can just ball roll around the keeper and score.
