Game lags/freezes in replays-, celebrations-, freekicks- and penalties camera

Since TWENTY-THREE DAYS so far (3rd of March until infinity it seems) all camera switching make my games lag/freeze for 5 seconds so hard to the point that my game crashes sometimes, as these camera switches happen very often, this makes the game a lot less enjoyable and gives me a massive disadvantage as i basically cant take a penalty, also for some reason, when i am winning and my opponent leaves the match, I DO NOT GET THE WIN?????? On chat support i was told there was hard work going in to fix it but since it has been 22 days since i contacted chat support i doubt that very much, i am in absolute shock how there have been 2 patches and 3 weeks since this error occured SIMULTANEOUSLY on my pc and laptop and it hasnt been fixed, i am truly and honestly disappointed that there hasnt been anything that has been done and i think i am very entitled to get  response by someone affiliated with Ea becaus this is very ridiculous and when i buy a game i cant refund i expect it to NOT be broken for 23 days straight!
