Gamepad is not recognised ingame

I just bought game yesterday and installed today. Then i started the game, everything was okay(few weird things happened but i fixed it) until i saw that my controller is not connecting to ea fc 24 . But it was just for ea fc 24. It was connecting to ea-connect or any other type of games. But when it comes to ea fc 24, it cant see my controller. I'm tired for just looking for a solution in youtube, forums, google. So, please just help me to make ea fc 24 recognise my gamepad. I'm playing on PC, i bought and installed the game from EA app. My controller is wired PS3 or PS4 controller.
