Glitch with getting into a rivals game

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When my account tries to load into a Division rivals game it shows me the other persons team and ends up saying my opponent has left the match and we will check the match score to see who has won or lost. I can’t even get past the first old generation screen of seeing the other persons team and I can’t play the game. It works in other game modes eg: friendlies or squad battles but rivals is the problem
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of the game and it says I have played the game but I have not
What should be happening instead? I should load into a game normally and play it as per usual
Could you make my account able to play rivals asap.
