Goalkeeper Doesn't Rush PS5
In FC24, when I hold triangle, the goalkeeper doesn't move, he just keeps moving his legs but not moving.

No, not the same account. But the same settings.
I sometime play using my friends' consoles or something.

Since this is happening only on your console, I'd suggest that you try deleting the Personal Settings file and creating a new one. This will require you to set up your controller configs once again: How to delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™
