Everytime i open The EAFC24 in my Xbox one, the main menu turns in a gray screen with a white little square in The left side

I'm facing same issue with a gray background and a white square in left bottom on my Series S. Yesterday, I attempted to play the old gen FC 24 (for Xbox One and PS4) and today, this problem affected the new gen FC 24 (Series S/X and PS5)
Must be a "zero-day" bug

Yes,there is solution: when the game is loading, cancel login to the servers(like you would like to play offline). If you want to fix the issue completely then try to repair the game. If this will not help then delete cache for the game.
