Haven't received PEPSI promo rewards

I had 10 codes to enter through the pepsi website. Entered them on day one (6 days ago) yet I have not received a single pack. Anyone else with this issue / anyone know of a fix?

I purchased 5 Pepsi bottles and redeemed them on the first and 2nd and I still haven’t received my packs 9-8 days later is there anyway to get them
