Head to head game progress lost

I have problem with mobile FC app. My game progress is stuck in head to head section at legendary II. Every 28days when the season is updated the progress start every time from legendary II with 800 points regardless my actual progress. My game is linked to EA account . I reinstall the game several times and I have the same issue. It's really annoying. Does any one face the same problem and how I can fix it?
