Hello i have this issue in my compan

Hello i have this issue occuring everyday only solved by closing the app and then after a few time it occurs again so i need to close it again and again

Can you please let us know what device you are playing on? Please also uninstall and reinstall the companion app to see if this will resolve the problem.
