I had this problem but I noticed you longer just press x but you have to hold it in for a sec or two. You should then be able to switch

After completing Kelly the evo switched automatically to Ikone. So I have absolutely no chance to finish the "Patrick Who" evo on Stefan de Vrij ... thanks for that!!

I hold the button until it fills up until it turns green but nothing happens. I held the button for 30 seconds and longer ... nothing happens. I cannot change my active Evo no matter how long I press that button.
Who said that this was the accepted solution???
AGAIN. Pressing the button does not solve the problem!!
What is going on here? Complete denial from the QAs/Devs??
My de Vryj already timed out and is broken now. And late Malen will time out because I hat to do Chloe Kelly first. I lost an Evo on that I spent 500 FC points plus the two Founders Evos. And I am goging to lose two players. All because of that bug and EAs refusal to even look at it/ respond to it!!!
So frustrating!! So infuriating!!

Did you have a look at the video that I sent you? If you would watch this, you'd see that the problem is not that I didn't press 'A' (on Switch it is A, X changes the sort) long enough.
