Hi guys. for some time I have been experiencing a problem in the companion application. After opening a package, the application logs out. I have to log in every time and again if I open packages again they log out....and again and again...it's already stressful. I tried all options, reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, emptying the cache, update. I don't know if my problem is related to the ad that started appearing in my companion yesterday when I log in with the eafc25 pre-order, but I simply have to log in again every time after opening a package. Opinions?

There is no accepted solution because it doesn't work. There is some account server issue for the Web app and mobile app. I can play fine on ps5 or Xbox. Further more I have the same ea account for ps5 and Xbox. If my active account is ps5 I can't log in at all. If it's and Xbox I can log in but it logs me out every time I open a pack.

@EA_cuervo Any forecast, when this issue is gonna be fixed? Does someone is working on a fix already?
Since both, web and mobile applications are affected and logging in is basically impossible, I assume this issue is treated as a "Blocker". - 10 months ago

Please say this is not another generic please check your internet connection post.
Its now been well over 33 hours web app has not worked.
What worries me is the reluctance to acknowledge the issue.

I have the same problem and i don't know how ******* i can enter, please ea in 4hours starts futties event there,s no way that the app is not working fix the app please

When is this issue going to be resolved? This has been going on since 930pm PST for me… no web or companion app access (server connectivity issue) but works on Xbox …
this is going on 1.5 days now… almost 36 hours… with no even formal recognition of the issue. Also, chat has been turned off as an option on EA help to discuss this with an agent.
