Hi , i cant log into the companion app or the the web app

Why does it log me out when I'm trying to open packs on the app

There is no accepted solution because it doesn't work. There is some account server issue for the Web app and mobile app. I can play fine on ps5 or Xbox. Further more I have the same ea account for ps5 and Xbox. If my active account is ps5 I can't log in at all. If it's and Xbox I can log in but it logs me out every time I open a pack. 

@EA_cuervo Any forecast, when this issue is gonna be fixed? Does someone is working on a fix already?

Since both, web and mobile applications are affected and logging in is basically impossible, I assume this issue is treated as a "Blocker".

Hey there, i am from germany and i've got the same trouble. no way to login on browser or smartphone. not cool. i wonder why ea help doesn't post a server error. well, wish all of you good login as soon as possible and a great COMPANSATION *G*. greets

Please say this is not another generic please check your internet connection post.

Its now been well over 33 hours web app has not worked.

What worries me is the reluctance to acknowledge the issue.

EA web App + FC Companion + in-game mode Ultimate Team.

I think, that this problem is only with accounts who had bought EA FC 25 pre-order.

Because I have this issue with account with EA FC 25 preoder. And the same time I dont have any issues with other account without EA FC 25
