How do I claim my fc points from winning a hourly tou

I’ve won a fc24 PlayStation tournament and havnt received my 500 points for winning how and when do I get them?

Hey Guys

These tournaments are administered by Sony not EA. Last time I won 1st place was in FIFA 21 and I remember it took over a month for Sony to send me the code for FIFA points.

@disarmelo I have the same problem. How long do we have to wait for the points to be added to our account?

@disarmelo In the tournament rules I read that it could take up to 30 days. Quite a long time if you ask me...

I don’t understand why you shouldn’t just get them a soon as you win it shouldn’t be that hard?

@disarmelo Maybe they give out the rewards at the end of the month or something...?

@disarmelo I also read that it's not EA that is facilitating the tournaments + rewards, but Sony. So maybe we have to contact them
