how to fix ea fc 24 not lauching after splashscreen

please fix this game i have ruined my pc becasue of this game . i have treid every solution i have found and that you have given me. or i will uninstall this game becasue you have wasted 7 months of my time trying to fix this game. please fix or i will complaint.

(please dont tell me to fix my pc because my pc is fixed not broken your system is broken. please try and check your servers if you have not terminated me or removed me because i payed £33 for this and its not toys money is what i spent.try and send me a ss of what my profile looks like and is it terminated or no. please reply. someone from the ea TEAM reply not a random person please. (no offense if a random person replies

Are you running a Windows 11 Insider preview on the Canary or Dev channel? Because FC24 is completely broken on that and will most likely not be fixed. If that is the case, the likely fix is a fresh install of windows without any beta/experimental builds

@FCGamer7947 I found a fix you just have to delete your Profile create a new one and you can play normally again
