This has also happened to me yesterday where has seemed to bug out and now my code is saying redeemed and I haven't received my points. Also I cant speak to the customer service because on the page where you input details before you get to customer service, the drop down for what platform is busted and wont actually give you options as you need that to submit the a complaint.
yeah same thing and that's annoying, it's called ea help but you can't even get in touch with them to get some help
