This article on our website explains how to transfer and convert EA SPORTS FIFA 23 Points to EA SPORTS FC™ 24.

Basically, you just need to claim them in EA Sports FIFA 23 first and then launch EA SPORTS FC™ 24.

If the message didn't appear right away in your game, or if you decided to do it later, you can try clearing cache data and restarting your game.

This didnt work for me, same here i bought the wrong set. I know it gives you the option to transfer at the start of the game but what otherway can you do it mid december?
