I accidentaly quicksold my 99rated Van Dijk

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Squad Building Challenges
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 08 24 2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) About 5-6pm
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up the Companion app then go to quicksell recovery
What happens when the bug occurs? I cant load in to the quicksell recovery menu
What should be happening instead? I should see the discarded players

  1. I managed to load in to the quicksell recovery menu yesterday And I searched for the player about 30minutes And I couldnt find him. Its like he is just dissapeared so I wanted to ask if someone know what to to about this

  • @Go_away_Drake If you are not able to load quicksell recovery menu on App then on thing I can suggest is, verify your device settings like time, timezone etc. These should be accurate (not customize).

    Also, verify on both mobile app and web app.

    If you are able to load quick sell recovery but not able to find then check same date or previous date when you quick sold your player. Also, check by using previous/next pages options on bottom of screen.
  • Hey! Thank you for the reply, sadly my issue is a well known issue (this is what the support team said) And I dont know if you familiar with this error when you are trying to recover a discarded player but something like this pops up:Failed to load the discarded players. Im really worried about not getting him back because I have 3 days left And when I talked to the support they told me to wait but they didnt said what can I do when my time limit expires.

    @Go_away_Drake You should reopen that conversation and clarify your doubts Or raise a new case.

    Are you getting this error on both mobile and web app? Did you try to use mobile app or web app on different device/machine/browser?
  • I contacted them And it was all the same “please be patient” or something like this And this is really frustrating for me



    Im getting this errol everywhere on the mobile app, on the web app, even one of my friends loged in my account And they tried it too but nothing And also I tried on 3 different devices

    Apparently there's a known issue with EA FC24 quicksell, that's what I was told by EA HELP. that being said the studio should get this fixed soon or provide us with some workaround 

    1. There is a bug I accidentally quick sold a pack with 98 Bellingham in as my controller was playing up I have 5 restores but the players aren't showing on quicksold and aren't also in my club. 
  • Apparently there's a known issue regarding the Quicksell recovery so EA help cannot assist with this inquiry, but i'd like to know if there's any troubleshooting steps or workarounds we can try  because I'd like to recover my player.

    They told me that too but I only have 2days left of my 7day time limit And Im scared I will loose him because of this
