I am unable to shoot in EAFC24

Anyone having problems with EAFC24 shooting. When I shoot its doing sort of a ball roll instead of taking a shot I'm on PS5 and its really frustrating.

I’m having the same issue I’ve been losing all my champs games due to not being able to shoot I literally started hating this game

Hi @caliali964,

If you use personalized commands, try to switch them back to classic, and let us know if you can shoot with the original setting.

@EA_LeonSK If you check back over the thread a whole load of us have been having the same issue for weeks. Any support for these folks?

PS5 here and having the same issue. Really frustrating. Tried several different game settings without success.
