I bought EA FC24 ultimate loyalty Edition but asks me to buy again
So. Like the title says. I bought EA FC24 ultimate loyalty Edition but it does not say pre-load or what ever it should be telling me. Instead it just says the price again and when i click it, It asks for my Credit card info. Also. I can not find the game from "my games" section.
I'm also sure that there was no error buying the game, since it took my 90€ and also gave me a receipt.
I looked up some tips from Google and tried them like uninstalling the EA app and then downloading it back, but it did not work.
I'm a little disappointed since I was excited to pre-load the game and hop on before the actual Release date.
Can anyone help me with this issue or should i contact the support.
