I bought the FC24stardard edition, but after paying and the money was reduced from my account I didn't receive the game in my library. It says that I have paid for it in the order history system in EA, but not in my library I don't know what to do and there is no help to find it anywhere. Please help me.
you have to contact support chat so they refresh your library. But be careful because the game will be lost for you. I had the same issue and now I can't play online because it looks like they banned my account for no reason. I purchased the game using my own MasterCard that is for same region of my account. looks like EA have a lot of issues and glitches but they don't help and fix
