I can’t evolve my player although he meets all the requirements

I tried to apply the "Canarinho" Evolution to my previously already evolved 83 Oscar in "FUTTIES countdown" evolution. He meets all the requirements, however, the game shows an error when trying to select him for the evolution (It also only shows his card when specificaly searching for him).
