I can’t buy FC Points

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which part of the mode? Rivals

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To fix it
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t buy FC Points
What should be happening instead? Show the FC Points option next to Browse

So I have never bought FC Points but when I wanted to buy a pack when I currently had 0 fc points I wanted to add some but what is says is “We are sorry, but you currently can’t add FC Points. Please try again later”. But as much as I waited and try again it says the same thing I checked for the updates I had the latest version I have no account Issues what should I do?

    Same issue for me. I don't use FC points anyway but noticed something wass missing from the store menu and it was the option to buy these.

    I’m in Ontario, Canada. Store won’t show me FC points in store and if I try to fast track into buying points through packs - says they’re not available for me to purchase. Been happening for 3-4 days now - I’ve tried verifying accounts - log in and out of fifa 23 to see if it’s held my info - reset everything just want to join the sweats and get some packs…

    Have gotten an error message when I popped in to buy FC 24 points in the store saying that FC Points are currently unavailable for purchase. 

    Probably God watching out for me to not spend money... either way, I figured I'd post it here to see if anyone else has this issue.

    It has been already a long time since that happened and it is not fixed yet so EA help please!

    @aramliya12 I am having the same issue right now!! It’ll be so painful if Black Friday deals end I still end up not packing any good or useful cards and having to go up against all these insane teams. And I am totally out of fodder. Please help EA.
