I can not open EA FC 24.

Today, I bought EA FC 24 on xbox one (inside Fifa23). I installed it but it doesn't launch, it stucks in white screen with eafc 24 logo. I tried everything people said on the forums, changed network settings, reset the console but it doesn't work. I'm reinstalling the game but I have no hope. Can you help?

Hi there, @caganert

Do you have anything plugged in to the USB ports? Another controller, headset receiver, racing wheel, etc. If so, unplug them and try again. You can plug them back in once past that screen.
