I can't control the players in online mode.

Hello! I bought EA FC 24 on PC (AEapp).The issue I'm facing is that when entering online matches, both in Ultimate Team and Seasons, right after the start of any game, I can't control my players. I can't switch between them, I can't choose where to run, they don't move! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the EA App twice, tested with three different controllers, including PS4, PS5, and Xbox controllers, but nothing resolves the issue.This problem only occurs online.I would appreciate help in resolving this game issue.

I have this problem too and it is very annoying. I haven't been able to play the game for almost 5 days now. I've searched up tons of solutions but none of them work either.

Comprei o EA FC 24 pelo PC (AEapp).Acontece que ao entrar em partidas online, tanto Ultimate Team, como Temporadas, logo após o início de qualquer jogo, não consigo controlar os meus jogadores, não consigo alterar entre eles, não consigo escolher para aonde correr, eles não se mexem! Já desinstalei e instalei tanto o jogo como o EA App 2x vezes, já testei 3 controles, e nada resolve.... já experimentei um comando da ps4, ps5 e ainda da XboxEste problema só acontece online.Gostaria de ajuda para resolver este problema do jogo
