i need help with my Transfert Market on FC24 i have some block on the market but i didnt do nothing i never receives a ban i never violated the game conduct but i cant do nothing i think its like a bug or something like that and im here to get some kind of help. pls

why shouldn't I have access to the market and a friend of mine in the same situation as me does? it doesn't make sense I have never violated any rules or codes of conduct and yet my market is temporarily blocked until I enter the game and I have to wait more than 1 week it doesn't make sense I try and I'm being unfairly penalized
