I did not receive the money from the FC 24 tournaments that I won
On August 11, I won my first tournament, and I won 5 tournaments after that, meaning 6 tournaments, and so far I have not received any money for any tournament. So far, my problem has not been solve...
In that case you'll need to reach out to PlayStation support.Those tournaments aren't actually run by us, so if you have any issues with regards to prizes and the like, they can take a look for you.
