I got the ps5 eafc24 bundle but can’t download the ps4 version
Hello, if anyone could help I bought the ps5 bundle containing a code for eafc24 but when I redeemed it I couldn’t find the ps4 version to download if anyone could help

Guys it looks like the voucher codes that came with the bundle are not dual entitlement they work the same way as a PS5 game disc, I have a discussion in another forum and the retailer should support this however they are clueless, am quite sure this is the problem the voucher code is ONLY for the PS5 version.
i redeemed the EA FC 24 CODE that came from PS5 Bundle on PS STORE and issue still ON, NO PS4 Version added in library and i asked Playstation Support they told me to ask technical support in working days, does anyone solved the problem here ?
EA & Playstation Should Fixed that Since Release DATE, why this problem is still not solved till now ?
The voucher code versions are like the PS5 game disc they don't have the PS4 versions of the game, you have to purchase the digital version or the PS4 disc version to have both versions of the game, it seems that the code and the PS5 disc version were made only for the PS5 version and not the PS4.
