Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output.

Check that your in-game and Windows resolutions are set as they should be.

i am sure that my display is connected to my GPU and i already set the resolution settings i have 1920x1080 144hz panel and the in-game settings are 1920x1080 too.

  @karttaha471 could you please provide a screenshot showing the in-game screen so we can have an idea of the graphics? Also, have you tried using GeForce Experience app (In case you have a Nvidia GPU) to optimize the in-game settings?
