i bought ea play standard and fc 24 standard the game gave me that it will launch on 29 inside of 22 but i must have an early access up to 10 hours on 22/9 because i have ea play what it is solution please

Ive got the same issue.
I have ultimate edition but it says it will unlock on september 29
I bought the Standard Edition and i have an EA Play membership, won't i be able to have early access to the game (the 10-hour trial)? because it's not shown that i can play it right now, not before the release date.

Community ManagerThis may depend on your account region. Please restart the EA app and clear cache then check again. Make sure that your EA play is still active.
If you have an active EA Play membership but still can't access the trial, please let me know your region and whether you purchased the game on the EA app store or from a different seller.
@EA_Pulsar it doesn't work, this is a pointless attempt to fix this issue. Still we paid for something we did not received, of course it's not your personal fault, but EA said nothing about this and they don't care.
I ve done that but it still appears for me "wait for the official realease date ( Sep 22, 2023, 5:00 Am) to launch Ea sports fc 24 Ea Play pro edition
