I have Fc 25 Ultimate Edition on Steam, but it displays Standard Edition

Hi,

So I have this problem, where I have Fc 25 Ultimate Edition on Steam, but it shows that I only have the Standard Edition. Is there a way you can tell that you have the Ultimate Edition, without looking at the purchase history?

Hey @k3xjakobuszhun,

This should just be a visual issue. If you have the Ultimate Edition in your purchase history, it should be fine.

I have the same issue; on steam my friends all have the option to redeem the ultimate edition whereas I don't have it on mine.

There's no dlc or any entitlements to claim, steam confirmed that I have the ultimate edition too so I'm not sure.

If you start up the EA app, what does it say there?
