I received a code for 5900 FC points for Christmas and after putting the code in, I have not received the points. I waited over 24 hours to check if it just needed time but they still aren’t there. I don’t have access to my console at the moment so it could just be a web app issue but my brothers have come through fine on his account and he is also away from his console. I have been in contact with Microsoft and they said that I have redeemed the code and the issue is at EAs end.
