I haven't received my EA Play rewards in over 2 months

I read you're disappointed about not receiving the rewards for your EA Play Subscription. 

The rewards you claim were not supposed to be released with EA Play. You can always check the rewards on the EA Play Members Benefits page.

The rewards you mentioned were from Pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition of FC 24 or subscribing to EA Play Pro (PC - EA App Only). You can find all the details about preorder content Here.
