I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

When I go to the store, the web app instantly gives me an error saying "sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins." What is the issue here?

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all that FC Points will not be usable until September 22nd. Please note that this is working as intended. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to enjoy your points starting tomorrow.Thank you for understanding.

Just logged on to the web app and obviously went to open packs and I cant use my 4600 points to buy the packs.

    Me too bro, i think that 4600k FC points i purchased in pre order will be able at 22 september. But, i would like to buy some more now

    I saw someone they can buy fifa points and opened their packs but for myself I couldn’t buy fifa points do you know what’s the problem?

      @iamirwx either they are Creators or they're on PC. I heard PC players can -- but I'm not entirely sure of it since I can't verify that. I am on the Web App only.

        @Izzy_FUT_Dubs There's only one way to load up FP right now. Its by letting someone that has early access (can access game now already, streamers eg) login to your account on console/pc and top up FP.
