I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

When I go to the store, the web app instantly gives me an error saying "sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins." What is the issue here?

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all that FC Points will not be usable until September 22nd. Please note that this is working as intended. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to enjoy your points starting tomorrow.Thank you for understanding.

Hello,

I am trying to play the EA FC 24 on the Web App and i have 4600 FC Points. 

However i done a preview pack and got an 87 Odegaard and was wondering how i spend my FC Points to get this pack as it currently comes up with the following issue:

"You Cannot Buy Packs with FC Points. You Can Still Get Packs With Coins"

Please help me find a way to buy this pack or when we can expect to be able to use our FC Points.

    I have bought the ultimate edition and dont even have the 4600 points …

    @jxshalfano Bought the ultimate edition and I also have EA play pro. Got 1600 points.. not 4600. Can't open packs with points..

      I got EA Play pro..

      And i didnt get the 4600 points... only 1600points..

        Pretty sure you'll get 1600 per month for 3 months with play pro, so you'll have 4800 overall. That's what they said on their page at least.

    @jxshalfano Yeah been having the same issue and some of my mates can already spend their points, makes the start of the game so much harder to grind

    i got on the web app and i have fc points ready to spend however it wont let me. It says (Sorry youcant get packs with fc points. you can still get packs with coins.) anyone help?

    You will get the 4600 points on friday. Some people already have them, but they cant be used until friday. So you need to get 7,5k coins to buy the pack.
