I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

When I go to the store, the web app instantly gives me an error saying "sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins." What is the issue here?

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all that FC Points will not be usable until September 22nd. Please note that this is working as intended. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to enjoy your points starting tomorrow.Thank you for understanding.

    Hello,

    as title says basically. I preordered the ultimate edition and started web app with 6200 ea points but it says "Sorry, you can not open packs with points" and there is only the option to buy packs with coins even tho i got points, while my friends who also preordered the game could open their points already. Anything i can do or do i just have to wait for the full release?

    @iamirwx either they are Creators or they're on PC. I heard PC players can -- but I'm not entirely sure of it since I can't verify that. I am on the Web App only.

    @ShanKar443 In the FC24 web app? Can you show a printscreen? This should not be possible yet:

    The only way to transfer your points from FIFA 23 to EA SPORTS FC™ 24 is by logging on to EAS FC 24 on your console or PC. You can’t convert your points using the Ultimate Team™ Web or Companion Apps.
