i lose connection in the middle of an online match about once every 5 games.

this past month, my game randomly disconnects in the middle of an online match. this usually happens once every 4 or 5 matches. the ea fc loading logo appears at the bottom and doesn't go away until i get kicked back to the menu and get a dnf. this has impacted me on several occasions, including ut champs, which has been incredibly frustrating. i also often get kicked out while in the menus or the screen gets frozen while loading. i have checked my internet connection on the ea website and my wifi obtained an 87/100 rating and was listed as "good," so i don't know what to do.
