I lost All my coins

I had 100k now i have 0 I opened 10coins pack and 30 coins pack but i lost all my coins and there is no chance i bought 100k pack because i had about ~100 993

Please follow these steps.

Go to help.ea.com

Choose FC 24 as your game

Click on "I'm missing items or packs"

Click on the option to email support

That will get a case open for you.
