Inactive but not actually inactive

Loaded into a game of fut champs to be met with the inactive player banner but with no count down was present for a full half which then lead to me quitting because the game was unplayable due to half the screen being taken over by the bugged banner

Does anyone know of any compensation/get a game of fut champs back? 

Edit: was definitely active, matter of fact I was a goal up 😴 wasted a win because of the game being broken in it's final stages still
