Inactivity message permanently on screen during UT champions - game unplayable

What happens when the bug occurs? When I launch a champions game I get the inactivity screen the pops up and stays on my screen. It doesn’t go away. It have you messes with the gameplay because you can’t see past it
What should be happening instead? No inactivity screen should be permanently on the screen
