Incorrect playtime information in companion app and ps5
The playtime metrics (matches played in fc24 and time spent) are inaccurate. I believe this is specific to my account, and no one is helping me resolve this problem. I think this is the fundamental reason why I can't access to the transfer market. I have played for hours and hours, days and days and played so many matches everyday regularly.
Something is fundamentally wrong. I really want to have access to the transfer app, but if the data sources the algorithm is using to say whether I'm playing enough are wrong then, in essence I will never get access.
I also see that my objectives are not updating correctly for the echamps recorded videos of the group league finals are not updating. My twitch and YouTube account are linked. I've watched all the recordings and my objective status isn't updating.
Overall I really need a proper tech person to look at my account.
Please EA I'm really demotivated to contacting so many people and they are not helping resolve the problem.
