Invisibility Glitch/Hack

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? I was winning 1-0 in the last game of weekend league and needed a win to bet the next level of rewards. When the game restarted after half time all of my players apart from 2 were invisible. They remained invisible for the rest of the game and I ended up losing. Whenever I try and add a photo below it says the image size is too big.
What should be happening instead? Players shouldn't be turning invisible
