Invisible COM Players

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to start a career mode match and have a player on opposition booked or sent off
What happens when the bug occurs? When an opposition player is booked or sent off they are invisible not just in the cut screen but in the actual game play. I played an entire match and for the entire 2nd half a player on the opposition was completely invisible!
What should be happening instead? All players should be visible on the field including both user and com players

During a match against Mansfield Town in Career Mode, I was fouled by Hiram Boateng, the cutscreen showed the player being cautioned by the referee but just his name plate was visible and when the replay came on the screen the player himself was completely invisible, in the build up to the foul the player was completely invisible and this happened for the entirety of the 2nd half. 
I decided to test out this same issue and when i went to kick off mode I had a player on the opponents sent off from the field, the referee awarded a penalty kick and I was Man Utd, Bruno Fernandes was taking the PK but the GK was invisible, so this issue or glitch seems to be related to opponents or players being cautioned or sent off it renders certain models of players on the field invisible. You will need to fix this issue quickly before general sale!

I do have a video clip of this uploaded to my computer but for some odd reason the forum doesn't recognize the video file format (unsupported extension type)
