Issue with my game in ultimate team

Hello there,

I'm experiencing difficulties with FIFA 2024 in Ultimate Team. The game feels unresponsive, and the players seem to have poor traction on the field once matches begin. This problem occurs in both Rivals and Champions matches, although squad battles occasionally work some times ok sometimes not. I've logging in with a different account on the same PS5 and internet connection, and the game runs smoothly in that case. It appears to be an issue specific to my account. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, such as checking my internet connection, deleting and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. I'm seeking your assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
