I've been hacked

i've logged onto my fc24, to find i have lost over million coins and lost a couple of tradeable players,

i have no idea on what they have spent it on, no coins have been brought its all coins i've made from playing game.

will i get this back ??

I have spoken to support and changed all passwords etc..
but my case just says in progress and nothing seems to be happening raised it on the 31st and haven't heard since

The same happened to me on 8 th January and I understood well what the hacker did, he could be easily tracked by EA.
He sold all my salable players, then he found a way to transfer all credit to his account by selling from his account a player with a high value of 400k while it's real value is 22k, it was Berbatov for me
How can i get help from EA, couldn't reach out to them, not easy at all and this is not fair
I'll stop playing this game

So I logged in this morning into my app on my phone and I notice that I lost over 400k of coins and I would like to know ow if I am going to have them back
