Jack of all trades evolution bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Jack of all trades evolution Level 3 rewards Score and assist in 2 matches with evo player
What happens when the bug occurs? Done the score and assist in a match with evo player several times in rivals and squad battle and it does not register. Still says 0/2
What should be happening instead? Should have completed

Same problem mate, tried on Rivals, on Master Level and Amateur Level Squad Battles. Tried all possible passes, all possible goals. No result
Platform: PC
FIXED.... JUST FINISHED this achievement on Squad Battles on Legend Level.

Experiencing this issue on PC also.
Tried both Rivals and Squad Battles and the issue persists. Completing the final step as instructed does not complete the objective.

Same here. An important clarification: in the first evolution of the two this task worked for me, I upgraded one player. The problem only occurs in "Jack of all trades II".

I am also having the same issue. how to fix or how long for fix ?? this is really frustrating considering I paid FIFA points for Evo.
